Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (no automatic restriction waivers accepted).
• Verifiable minimum of 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean safety record: No more than 1 preventable accident (any type) in the past 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations (any type) in the past 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years (state or federal).
• No positive drug or alcohol test results in the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and a road test.
• Stable work history and verifiable references.

Safety Gate Requirements

We run a strict safety culture. Your record must clear these gates to be considered:

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years, regardless of fault determination.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years (includes speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, etc.).
• Zero DUIs, OVIs, or any impaired driving offenses in the last 5 years.
• No license suspensions or revocations in the last 3 years for moving violations.
