Caregiver Personal Care

Castillo Donado Corporation is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care to provide compassionate, respectful in-person support for clients in Johnson City, TN.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver Personal Care, you will assist clients with daily activities and personal care needs while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and independence. You’ll support a safe, calm, and supportive environment and collaborate with families and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

This full-time / part-time onsite role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on caregiving, value empathy and professionalism, and are committed to making a meaningful difference in someone’s everyday life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including hygiene and daily living support, following care plans and client preferences.

• Support mobility and comfort, including help with transfers, positioning, and safe activity routines.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment, including basic upkeep related to daily needs.

• Monitor and report observations related to client well-being, changes in condition, and concerns to the appropriate parties.

• Communicate professionally with clients and families, ensuring respect, patience, and clear expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide consistent, dependable onsite support in a caregiver role.

• Demonstrated compassion, respect, and sensitivity when assisting with personal care.

• Strong observational skills and the ability to follow established care instructions and safety practices.

• Ability to assist with physical care tasks safely and effectively, including standing, walking, and supporting clients as needed.

• Willingness to work full-time and maintain a professional, client-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related support role.

• Familiarity with assisting clients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.

• Experience working with adults or individuals with disabilities or health-related needs.

• Comfort with reporting changes in condition and collaborating with a care team.

• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and respectful communication.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $14.00 - $17.00
