What We're Looking For

'14; Active California RN License

'14; Minimum 5 years of recent ICU experience

'14; Charge Nurse and/or Supervisor experience in an ICU setting

'14; Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications

'14; Strong leadership, staffing, and team coordination skills

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of the Medical ICU

• Provide clinical support and hands-on patient care as needed

• Coordinate staffing assignments and patient flow

• Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff

• Partner with physicians and department leadership

• Drive quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
