Position Details

Position: Dietary Aide

Schedule: Full-Time | AM/PM shift

Work Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented, and resident-focused

What You'll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you will help create a positive dining experience by:

• Serving appetizing, nutritious meals in an attractive manner

• Assisting with timely and accurate meal service

• Following portion control standards and dietary guidelines

• Setting up meal trays, dining rooms, and food carts

• Preparing and delivering snacks as directed

• Completing daily cleaning and sanitation duties

• Providing friendly, attentive customer service to residents, families, and guests

• Supporting the dietary team to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Dependable, positive attitude with a team-player mindset

• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life
