Pacific Companies is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology physician to join an established cancer program in Kentucky. This full-time, hospital-employed opportunity offers total compensation potential up to the 90th percentile, H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship, a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and an affordable lifestyle in the Southern Appalachian Mountains.

The health system is hiring two Hematology Oncology physicians to support continued program growth. You will join a team of medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care.

The practice offers a balance of hematology and oncology cases, manageable patient volumes, and phone-only call with no hospital admissions. Physicians also have access to multidisciplinary case review, clinical research opportunities, and the option to teach if interested. Teaching is not required.

HEMATOLOGY ONCOLOGY PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

HEMATOLOGY ONCOLOGY PHYSICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Eligible for or able to obtain a Kentucky medical license
• Eligible for medical staff privileges
• Strong commitment to collaborative, patient-centered cancer care
• New fellowship graduates and experienced Hematologist Oncologists are welcome
