Our client seeks a Technical Email Project Manager to execute and deliver customer-facing digital messages across email, SMS, and push channels. The role manages end-to-end campaign workflows, partners with editors, designers, marketers, and engineers, and ensures quality, approvals, and audit readiness. The position requires strong technical fluency, attention to detail, and effective communication while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end email process while balancing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for messaging intents across operating models and sizes.
  • Partner with copywriters and designers to develop multichannel alerts and creatives.
  • Build messages in required systems and coordinate upstream approvals with partners.
  • Organize documentation, confirm technical setups, conduct QA testing, and monitor post-production.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to obtain artifacts and approvals for market launch.
  • Maintain perpetual audit readiness by adhering to Legal, Risk, Compliance, and process controls.
  • Provide clear, transparent, and concise daily communications to stakeholders on project status.
Experience Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience managing email and digital messaging projects end to end.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to work with marketing and engineering partners.
  • Proven organization, communication, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience executing QA processes and monitoring post-launch performance.
