Job Details:
- Plan for all set-ups following the weekly production schedule.
- Responsible for setting up auxiliary equipment (oil heater, thermometer, temp controllers, robot, end of arm tooling, in preparation for production run).
- Performs hanging and clamping of tools in presses.
- Process/Trouble Shoot/ and startup jobs.
- Removes mold to analyze for cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance before storing.
- Keeps mold racks/fixture racks, and storage areas clean and orderly.
- Need to be available for any shift.
Pay: Depending on experience (will be discussed upon interview).
