Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Sacramento Region

HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in the Sacramento region. This outpatient opportunity offers full-time or part-time scheduling, competitive compensation, and strong clinical support within a collaborative primary care team.

Position Highlights

  • Starting salary of $165,000+
  • Full-time or part-time schedule
  • 5 days a week or 4/10s available
  • 100% outpatient primary care
  • No inpatient responsibilities
  • Approximately 19–24 patients per day
  • Structured 20-minute appointment model
  • Physician, medical assistant, and administrative support
  • Telemedicine may be incorporated when appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Complete clinical documentation within established timelines
  • Manage patient messages, prescription refills, laboratory results, and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Outpatient primary care experience preferred
  • Community health or FQHC experience is a plus
  • Epic experience strongly preferred
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
