Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Sacramento Region
HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in the Sacramento region. This outpatient opportunity offers full-time or part-time scheduling, competitive compensation, and strong clinical support within a collaborative primary care team.
Position Highlights
- Starting salary of $165,000+
- Full-time or part-time schedule
- 5 days a week or 4/10s available
- 100% outpatient primary care
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Approximately 19–24 patients per day
- Structured 20-minute appointment model
- Physician, medical assistant, and administrative support
- Telemedicine may be incorporated when appropriate
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Complete clinical documentation within established timelines
- Manage patient messages, prescription refills, laboratory results, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Community health or FQHC experience is a plus
- Epic experience strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
