Dog Daycare Attendant - $250 Incentive

Pay: [$12.00 – 14.00]/hour, plus a $250 new-hire bonus ($100 at 30 days and 16 shifts, $150 at 90 shifts)

Schedule: Part-time, [24-35 hrs/week]

Shifts available:

[morning – 6:45 AM to 12:45 PM / afternoon – 1:45 PM to 7:00]

[weekend - 7:45 AM to 12:30 PM and/or 1:45 PM to 5:00 PM]

Must be 18 or older. No experience required — we provide extensive paid training to make sure you're comfortable, safe, and confident on day one.

What We're Looking For

· Loves dogs and enjoys working independently in a playroom setting.

· Eager to learn, engaged, and supportive of teammates.

· Comfortable staying calm during occasionally chaotic moments.

· Able to stand for most of a shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

· Available for flexible hours, including some holidays/weekends.

What You'll Do

· Supervise open-play groups: engage dogs in games, reward good behavior, and redirect escalated play — all without force or physical punishment.

· Teach basic commands (sit, down, stay) and attend to dogs with special needs.

· Keep the playroom clean and complete daily/weekly cleaning routines using pet-safe products.

· Follow health, hygiene, medication, and allergy protocols.

· Communicate with management and teammates, and bring a positive attitude every shift.
