Job Description
Begin your driving career with experienced professionals and start earning immediately after CDL school without debt. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet based in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time regional dry van position offering paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options.

Pay and training
- $850 per week during paid mentor training
- Paid one-on-one mentor program tailored for recent CDL school graduates
- Assigned truck after successful completion of the mentor program
- Expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week upon completion
- Paid every Friday
- Paid orientation

- Full-time CDL-A regional dry van position

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Satisfactory driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
