Responsibilities
Develop and implement culturally sensitive programs and services that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our Asian resident population
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that respects the cultural values and traditions of our Asian residents
Design and deliver educational programs, workshops, and activities that promote cultural awareness, understanding, and inclusivity
Establish and maintain relationships with local Asian community organizations, cultural centers, and healthcare providers to ensure access to resources and support services
Conduct cultural assessments and provide recommendations for cultural competence training and education
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our programs and services meet the needs of our diverse resident population
Represent Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation in local and national forums, advocating for the needs of our Asian resident population and promoting cultural diversity and inclusion in healthcare
