The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.
The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.
A true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.
Qualifications:
%CF; Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
%CF; Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
%CF; Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
%CF; Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
%CF; Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
%CF; Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
%CF; Effective written and verbal communication skills
%CF; A compassionate approach to care
%CF; Access to secured high speed internet required.

Salary:
%CF; Starting at $64,000
%CF; Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
