POSITION OVERVIEW

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates that have the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more! If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is your profession, apply here to be considered for any of the following part-time opportunities:

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk Membership Sales

As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable time. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating memorable experiences through friendly, energetic customer service.
- Helping maintain a fun, safe environment where every guest can play with confidence.
- Working in different areas of the park based on business needs, including attractions, parties, the café, front desk, and park cleanliness
- Keeping the park clean, organized, and ready for fun.
- Supporting your teammates and pitching in wherever needed to make each day a success.

We’re seeking individuals who:

- Are at least 16 years old (no exceptions)
- Love to smile, are energetic, approachable, and love working with people.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are reliable, responsible, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.
- No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
