Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect accurate behavioral data using electronic data collection systems

  • Teach communication, social, adaptive living, and functional life skills

  • Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA teaching strategies

  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and caregivers

  • Maintain professional documentation and session notes

  • Follow BACB ethical guidelines and company policies

  • Attend required supervision, team meetings, and training sessions

Qualifications

Required

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least one year of experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team

  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel up to 45 minutes between client locations

  • Ability to pass federal and state background checks

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain if required)

Preferred

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, Human Services, Child Development, or a related field

  • Experience using electronic ABA data collection software (CentralReach, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus, or similar)

  • Experience working in home, school, or community-based ABA services

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

  • Sit on the floor for extended periods

  • Kneel, squat, bend, crawl, and run when necessary

  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 pounds

  • Respond quickly to ensure client safety

  • Work in home, school, and community environments


Preferred Availability:

  • Monday–Friday

  • Afternoon and evening availability required

  • Part-time and full-time schedules available
