Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
Leadership & Team Development
- Serve as a right-hand to ownership—partner on strategy, growth, and day-to-day execution
- Train, mentor, and inspire front desk staff and service providers to achieve individual and team goals
- Cultivate a supportive, sales-driven, and high-performance culture
Sales & Membership Conversion
- Lead by example in educating clients on our wellness offerings and Lifestyle Program
- Coach your team to confidently sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
- Implement promotions and strategies to consistently drive revenue
Spa Operations & Client Experience
- Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Ensure every client receives an exceptional, consistent, and personalized experience
- Track performance metrics and execute improvements as needed
Recruiting & Staffing
- Build and maintain a passionate team of licensed professionals and spa associates
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring team engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of management experience (spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
- Sales-focused mindset with a proven track record of hitting goals
- Knowledge of skincare and massage services (or eager to learn and promote them)
- Flexible schedule including evenings and at least one weekend day
- Natural leader, exceptional communicator, and problem-solver
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $58,000-$72,000 (commensurate with experience)
