About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and support a team of associates in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Coordinate and support associates in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and communicate discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve workflows and solve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with scheduling, equipment oversight, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills.
- Comfortable using warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is an asset.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must/required.
