Senior Sales Director

Arizona based construction and home improvement company with a seasoned team of in home sales professionals is looking for a new Senior Sales Director. The position will continue to develop the sales team by implementing standard sales initiatives and create process and procedures to allow for maximum performance with seasoned sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy across Arizona
• Lead, train, and manage sales team members.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Work directly with ownership on pricing, product strategy, inventory planning, and market expansion.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in any in-home sales market, preferably building materials, construction products, cabinetry, doors and windows, surfaces, flooring, or related industries
• Demonstrated history of leading sales team and fostering increased sales volume
• Experience developing dealer and distribution channels.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing company environment.
