The LEEAP Center | Charlotte, NC

Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 3:30pm-6:30pm | 15 hours/week

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team.


In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This is an ideal opportunity for an RBT who values clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, parent partnership, and meaningful impact.

General Role Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans

  • Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Support children in developing communication, social, play, behavior regulation, and adaptive living skills

  • Collect and document accurate session data

  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment

  • Follow all clinical and ethical guidelines related to service delivery


Minimum Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, professional, and coachable

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential


Other Requirements

  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license

  • Successful completion of NC/national background checks

  • Successful completion of reference checks
