About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This is an ideal opportunity for an RBT who values clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, parent partnership, and meaningful impact.

General Role Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans
Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
Support children in developing communication, social, play, behavior regulation, and adaptive living skills
Collect and document accurate session data
Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment
Follow all clinical and ethical guidelines related to service delivery
Minimum Qualifications
Active RBT certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children preferred
Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, professional, and coachable
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
Other Requirements
Valid North Carolina driver’s license
Successful completion of NC/national background checks
Successful completion of reference checks
