Lead hands-on renovations across Baltimore’s multi-family communities
Complete Conversion Services is hiring a seasoned field leader to steer interior renovation work across multi-site, multi-family properties in the Baltimore area. You’ll blend supervision with tools-on craftsmanship to deliver high-quality unit turns on schedule.
A day in the role- Walk active units, confirm scopes, and align crews and subs on the day’s plan.
- Put on the tool belt to perform and oversee cabinet installation, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and punch-out.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to protect schedule, budget, and quality.
- Arrange deliveries, interface with inspectors, and keep occupied-property workflows running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot surprises, document progress with daily logs/reports, and uphold safety and company policies.
- Ensure every space ends the day clean, organized, and tenant-ready.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for interior unit renovations across multiple sites.
- Perform and supervise: cabinet installs, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and final punch.
- Read and interpret scopes of work, unit layouts, and cabinet plans.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, schedule deliveries, and support inspections.
- Resolve field issues to keep unit turns moving.
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and job documentation.
- Enforce safety standards and company policies.
- Keep sites clean, orderly, and ready for residents.
- 5+ years of renovation experience; prior Foreman or Lead Renovator background preferred.
- Multi-trade proficiency with strong finish standards.
- Deep understanding of unit turns and workflows within occupied properties.
- Ability to read layouts and scopes of work; strong communication and leadership.
- Detail orientation with clean, professional finishes.
- OSHA certification preferred (not required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
