About the Role

As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll play a vital role in promoting our services and building relationships within the community. This is a commission-based role where your earnings are directly tied to the number of qualified clients you refer who enroll in our services. With no cap on your earning potential, this is a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals who are passionate about helping others and enjoy networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Bridge 2 Success services throughout High Point, NC, and surrounding communities.
• Build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Attend community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities to raise awareness of our services.
• Educate individuals and families about the behavioral health and support services we offer.
• Generate qualified client referrals and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.
• Represent Bridge 2 Success with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, or behavioral health is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable networking with the public.
• Reliable transportation is preferred for traveling within the community.
• Professional, organized, and dependable.
