Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
- Take and evaluate digital X-rays.
- Perform periodontal charting and assess patients' oral health needs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Review medical histories and discuss treatment recommendations with patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory.
- Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Deliver a positive, compassionate patient experience at every visit.
Requirements
- Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Typical schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- A couple of Saturdays per month as part of the rotating schedule
