Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Appointment Coordinator to support residents in accessing the services and resources they need. If you're passionate about behavioral health, enjoy coordinating care and collaborating with others, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate medical, dental, and psychiatric appointments
Transport residents to appointments and outings
Communicate with physicians, medical offices, families, and service providers
Support residents with daily living skills and psychiatric symptoms as needed
Help residents access appropriate community and healthcare services
Monitor and document resident progress and appointment outcomes
Work closely with the treatment team and facility staff
Maintain accurate and professional documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field OR 2 years of experience working in the mental health field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities

Valid First Aid certification
