Corporate Paralegal

Based across our Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey offices, we are a nationally recognized law firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The Corporate practice is expanding and seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a growing team supporting attorneys with sophisticated corporate matters and transactions across multiple office locations. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who values complex transactional work collaborative teamwork and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$150,000 commensurate with experience plus comprehensive benefits.


Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with sophisticated corporate matters and transactions including governance business planning and financial and transactional practice with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organize and maintain corporate documentation records and transaction files while supporting attorneys across multiple office locations on concurrent matters
  • Coordinate and prepare materials related to corporate governance business planning and transactional matters while managing competing deadlines across active files
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members across Baltimore Hackensack New York City and Wilmington offices to ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate legal support


Qualifications

  • College degree and/or paralegal certificate required
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate governance business planning financial and transactional practice required
  • Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively within a team-oriented environment
