Job Title: Assistant Business Office Manager
Oak Harbor Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility that offers long-term and short-term care. The primary purpose of your job position is to perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor. Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure each resident's financial information is kept confidential
• Handles resident billing and collection
• Records and balances facility census information
• Attends daily and weekly facility-required meetings
• Handles Resident Trust Fund duties as assigned
• Maintains and reconciles facility petty cash fund
Qualifications:
• Business office experience in a Skilled Nursing environment preferred
• Previous medical billing experience
• Experience with assisting resident families with billing and insurance inquiries
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
