We are a Used truck dealership selling bucket trucks/ crane trucks and regular diesel trucks.. We are looking for a mechanic ready to join our team.

Job Duties for a Diesel Mechanic
Diesel mechanics are responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of diesel-powered vehicles and machinery. Their duties include:

• Running diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles to identify faults and analyze test results.
• Replacing or repairing engine, steering, transmission, braking, and lighting system components.
• Performing preventative maintenance on service trucks, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles and adhering to inspection procedure checklists.
• Testing vehicles before and after repairs to verify performance and gauge reliability.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to expand knowledge and skills.
• Documenting all work performed, including parts used and time allocated for each repair.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
