ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a part-time Customer Service Representative and billing associate with John McGee State Farm, you will support our licensed staff with a variety of tasks with a heavy focus on billing and answering phones. Your ability to provide a pleasant customer interaction is critical. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phones
• Heavy focus on billing questions and taking payments.
• Assisting sales and service associates with the gathering of important information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience handling complex billing scenarios
• Dependable. Must be able to adhere to a schedule.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Property and Casualty Licensed preferred but not required.
