  Dietary Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet facility standards

• Follow dietary restrictions and physician-ordered meal plans

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Assist with inventory, food storage, and supply ordering

• Collaborate with dietary aides and other kitchen staff

• Comply with all state and federal food safety regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in healthcare or long-term care

• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain

• Ability to follow recipes and accommodate dietary restrictions

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction
