We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will create an engaging classroom environment, deliver high-quality instruction, and support the academic and personal growth of students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and standards
• Deliver engaging instruction using a variety of teaching methods
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Provide individualized support to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events
• Support the mission and values of the school
• Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment
• Report and document behavioral incidents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience
• Experience working with students with unique abilities
• Florida teaching certification (preferred but not always required)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
