Location: Minnesota (local + out-of-state moves)Job Type: Full-timePosition OverviewWe are looking for reliable and hardworking Movers & Packers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customer belongings safely and efficiently for both residential and commercial moves.This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team while delivering a professional customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesPack, wrap, and protect furniture and household items for safe transportLoad and unload items onto and off of moving trucksSafely transport items without damageUnpack and place items in designated areas at the customer's locationFollow all company procedures and safety standards on every jobMaintain awareness of inventory and ensure no items are lost or damagedCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersKeep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organizedAssist with basic warehouse or storage tasks as needed*Movers are expected to handle items carefully and work efficiently while maintaining safety at all times RequirementsAbility to lift heavy items (50–100+ lbs) and perform physical labor throughout the dayStrong work ethic and reliability (on time, ready to work)Ability to work well on a team and take directionGood communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail when handling and packing itemsValid driver's license preferred*Movers must be physically fit and capable of safely loading, packing, and unloading items without damage Preferred ExperiencePrevious moving, warehouse, or labor experienceExperience packing, loading, or handling furniture and equipmentFamiliarity with basic tools, dollies, and moving equipmentWhat We're Looking ForDependable and punctualWorks hard without needing constant directionTakes pride in doing the job rightPositive attitude and team-first mindsetWork EnvironmentFast-paced, physically demanding workIndoor and outdoor environmentsFrequent lifting, stairs, and long shifts depending on jobs Pay will depend on prior skills/work experience.
