Responsibilities
Work alongside a successful Farmers Insurance agency owner
Support business development and client relationship management
Sell and service insurance policies across multiple product lines
Complete all training and licensing requirements for program graduation
Prepare for agency ownership through hands-on experience and mentorship
Requirements
Must pass a background check
Property & Casualty License required before start date
Life & Health Licenses required before graduation
Willingness to commit to full-time training and development
Strong communication and customer service skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to eventually own a business
