Join Astra ABA, a leading organization dedicated to empowering young minds to flourish. We are seeking passionate and skilled Behavior Technicians to join our team of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists, supporting children on their journey to realizing their full potential.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home setting. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision, utilizing ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET). You will also support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting
Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision
Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET)
Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains
Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes
Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members
Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies
Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in ABA therapy preferred
Must be willing to work after school hours
