We're Hiring! Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are looking for a caring, dependable Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support 4 adults with disabilities in our two group homes in New Market.

Position Details
Location: New Market, VA (between two group homes)
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Schedule: Only 3 days per week

Week 1
Sunday – Off
Monday – 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Tuesday – 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Wednesday – Off
Thursday – Off
Friday – Off
Saturday – 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

Week 2
Sunday – 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
Monday – Off
Tuesday – Off
Wednesday – Off
Thursday – 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Friday – 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Saturday – Off

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help adults with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives by:

1. Assisting with personal care and daily living activities as needed
2. Preparing meals and helping with household chores
3. Administering medications (paid training provided)
4. Encouraging independence and teaching daily living skills
5. Transporting individuals to community activities
6. Completing required documentation
7. Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment

Valid Driver's License

Pass multiple background checks

CPR/First/AED training (will train onsite)

18 years or older
