Looking for a fast-paced, rewarding job in the heart of Owensboro, KY? At Fetta Specialty Pizza, we pride ourselves on serving up delicious specialty pizzas and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Server at Fetta Specialty Pizza, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Arriving on time, neatly groomed, and ready to shine for every shift.
• Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel at home.
• Mastering our menu so you can describe items and make recommendations to guests.
• Taking food and beverage orders and entering them into our POS system accurately.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Interacting with all guests, not just those at your assigned tables, to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
• Assisting teammates with tasks like cleaning tables, running food, and maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Performing opening and closing side work.
• Following all alcohol service requirements and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Staying flexible with your schedule to accommodate sporting and community events.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking team players who are hardworking, honest, and ready to bring their best every day. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Meet state and local age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Alcohol seller-server training certification.
• Ability to operate basic restaurant equipment like POS systems, soda machines, and coffee/tea makers.
• Previous server or bar experience is a plus, but not required, we’re happy to train the right person!
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, and balance multiple food and beverage items at once.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine smile.
• A commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
