Our people stay because the culture is real and the work is meaningful.We're looking for a Senior Estimator who's done this at a high level and is ready for a seat at the table.The Role - You'll coordinate and provide full estimates on complex heavy civil projects - drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge work - while driving alternative delivery pursuits, and carrying real profit/loss responsibility.
