Regional Director of Clinical Services
Job Summary:
AOM Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Clinical Development to support and elevate clinical operations in our Northwest Ohio region. As a clinical leader, you will provide hands-on oversight to multiple skilled nursing facilities, partner with facility leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance, strong clinical outcomes, and the successful development of nursing leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide regional clinical oversight to multiple skilled nursing facilities
Serve as interim Director of Nursing when vacancies arise
Develop, implement, and oversee Plans of Correction
Train and mentor newly hired Directors of Nursing
Support and educate floor nursing staff as needed
Assist facilities with rebuilding and strengthening clinical departments
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Promote best practices in resident care and nursing operations
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive clinical improvement initiatives
Step into various nursing leadership roles as needed to support team success
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum 5 years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility
Proven record of strong clinical and regulatory outcomes
At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead, coach, and develop nursing leadership teams
Current CPR certification
Willingness and ability to travel regionally
