Open Eyes Vision Center is looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to support the daily operations of one of our optometry clinics. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can confidently keep a clinic moving throughout the day.
Our clinics operate with small teams, so our Office Managers are active members of the staff, not behind-the-scenes administrators. You will work alongside the doctor and clinic team while independently managing many of the details that create an efficient, welcoming, and memorable patient experience.

What You’ll Do
Take ownership of the clinic’s day-to-day operations and preparations
- Work directly with patients from check-in through check-out
- Manage patient scheduling and help keep the clinic schedule running smoothly
- Verify medical and vision insurance benefits accurately
- Clearly explain benefits, healthcare costs, and patient responsibilities
- Perform optometric pretesting and other clinic responsibilities as needed
- Learn to perform each staff role within the clinic
- Help train and support a small clinic team
- Prepare weekly clinic performance reports and other requested data
- Ensure every patient receives an OUTSTANDING efficient, welcoming, and patient-centered experience

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills - you know how to keep things moving
- A hands-on team member who is willing to step into any clinic role when needed
- A clear and patient communicator who can explain insurance benefits and costs
- Previous medical office, optometry, or front-desk experience preferred but not requires
- Prior experience coordinating daily office operations is a plus
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software

- Compensation based on proven experience and qualifications

Saturdays are required—they are among our busiest and most important clinic days
