Responsibilities
Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our office, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications with warmth.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is handled with care and strict confidentiality.
Assist our agents by preparing policy paperwork and gathering necessary information for renewals.
Coordinate daily office workflows to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Handle routine billing inquiries and facilitate clear communication between carriers and our clients.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments to support a productive and organized environment for the entire team.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to complete a personality profile assessment as part of the application process.
Prior experience in an insurance or administrative office setting.
Reliability and a proactive approach to solving daily challenges.
