Employee Benefits Producer Jacksonville/St. Augustine

Rapidly growing independent insurance agency expanding throughout Florida and are looking for a driven Employee Benefits Producer to grow our Benefits practice.

What You'll Bring

• 3–10 years of employee benefits sales experience.
• Proven ability to build a book of business from the ground up through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Experience selling group health, ancillary benefits, and employee benefits solutions to employers.
• Experience with Applied Epic is a plus.
• Existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
