As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll work as part of our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA Therapy services to children with Autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
Providing direct behavioral therapy to patients using evidence-based techniques and strategies
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Supporting families through parent training and education to empower them to be an active part of their child's therapy

To Be Successful in This Role:

You should possess:

A high school diploma or equivalent (n/a)
RBT certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with Autism (n/a)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient goals and objectives
