Project Manager / Concrete

Molina Concrete Construction Inc is seeking a Project Manager / Concrete to lead onsite concrete projects and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in Indianapolis, IN.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution from planning through completion. This role coordinates internal teams, subcontractors, and jobsite activities to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for project progress, safety, and communication, balancing field demands with organized tracking of costs, materials, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of concrete projects, including scheduling, sequencing, and jobsite coordination

• Oversee safety practices and ensure work is performed in compliance with company standards and jobsite requirements

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials to maintain production goals and meet project timelines

• Track project performance through field updates, documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders

• Support estimate-to-plan alignment by monitoring scope, change activity, and project documentation throughout delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing concrete construction projects in a field leadership or project management role

• Strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite workflows, and concrete-related scope and requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead on-the-ground operations while maintaining organized communication and follow-through

• Ability to read and interpret project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope details

• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism in daily jobsite practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

• Familiarity with jobsite planning, productivity tracking, and cost/schedule monitoring practices

• Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills, including handling updates and project coordination effectively

• Background working with subcontractors and coordinating deliveries to support efficient production

• Leadership experience mentoring and directing crews to achieve consistent project outcomes
