Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as needed

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

• Engage in activities that promote mental stimulation, socialization, and overall well-being

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• 0 years of experience (minimum) in healthcare or a related field

• Ability to provide compassionate care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing, walking, and bending
