Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their specific insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Guide existing policyholders through coverage reviews to ensure their protection evolves with their life changes.

Prepare accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.

Maintain accurate client documentation to ensure smooth policy renewals and modifications.

Collaborate with the agency team to reach local outreach goals and community engagement targets.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policy changes and industry shifts.


Requirements

*Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.


*State-issued Life and Health insurance license.


*Previous experience working in an insurance agency or customer-facing sales role.


*Clear and articulate communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.


*Proficiency with agency management systems and standard office software.


*Strong organizational habits to manage follow-ups and client records.
