Position Overview:

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic population, with a significant focus on post-operative rehabilitation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with surgical teams and play a key role in guiding patients through recovery and return to function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality care across a mix of post-operative and general orthopedic patients
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless continuity of care
  • Educate patients on recovery timelines, treatment plans, and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation


Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of Arizona
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
  • Comfortable working with post-operative cases or a desire to grow in this area
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
