Reef's team is currently involved in some of the most prominent development transactions in Utah and other targeted geographies across the United States.Reef has partnered with a growing restaurant group led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally renowned ski destination. Together, we have developed two new concepts: a 100 seat brasserie and bar (Le Depot Brasserie) and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).Position Overview: As a Le Depot bartender, you'll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. Responsibilities: Warmly great guests that sit at the bar and welcome them to the restaurant Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patronsLearn and master Le Depot cocktail recipesComply with all Utah DABC liquor laws & regulationsQualifications:Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a fine dining restaurantExcellent mixology and guest relation skillsAdvanced spirits knowledge with an intermediate knowledge of wines.
