We are expanding our office teamWhat We Are Looking For: 2 + years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experienceAdvanced customer service skills Excellent computer skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience Organizational skills and high attention to detailService Scheduling / Coordinating experience desiredKnowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
