Position Overview:

This role is responsible for leading restaurant performance, developing General Managers, driving financial results, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-unit leader with a proven background in quick service restaurant operations who can build teams, improve execution, and create a culture of accountability and hospitality.

This role is responsible for leading restaurant performance, developing General Managers, driving financial results, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-unit leader with a proven background in quick service restaurant operations who can build teams, improve execution, and create a culture of accountability and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across 5–6 restaurant locations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, guest service expectations, food quality, and operational procedures.
- Train, coach, and develop General Managers to improve leadership skills, operational performance, and overall restaurant results.
- Ensure locations are properly staffed with strong teams while supporting recruitment, retention, and employee development initiatives.
- Drive financial performance by analyzing sales, labor, food costs, and operating expenses while implementing strategies to improve profitability.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate operations, identify opportunities, and provide coaching to leadership teams.
- Hold General Managers accountable for key performance indicators, including sales growth, cost controls, service standards, and team development.
- Partner with leadership to execute operational initiatives and improve overall restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, company policies, and all applicable regulations.
- Support a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain flexibility to support restaurant operations, including weekends, holidays, and high-volume business periods.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience with a strong preference for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple locations and developing high-performing management teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor control, sales growth, and profitability.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold leaders accountable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong operational mindset with a passion for developing people and improving results.
Operational Overview:
- Responsible for approximately 5–6 restaurant locations throughout Long Island.
- Average unit volume ranges from $2.0M–$2.5M annually.
- Each location typically employs approximately 30–40 team members.
- One location operates 24 hours, while the remaining locations operate until approximately 10:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000–$100,000 based on experience
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of annual salary (based on company performance metrics)
