Pharmacy Technician

Full-Time Position - 72-80 hours/bi-weekly pay

Scheurer Family Pharmacy-Harbor Beach, a part of Scheurer Health, is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist with process of filling prescriptions
• Assist in stock control (inventory, check outdates, stocking, pricing, ordering and monitoring usage)
• Helps manage accounts receivable
• Assist with retail (Customer service, handling cash, and processing register transactions)
• Answer telephone
• Maintain and file records
• Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Assisting in the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy
• Assist Pharmacist and other staff as needed

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED Equivalent
• If you are not currently licensed through the State of Michigan, you must become licensed within one year of hire
