Farmers Insurance District 95 is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join our Protege Path Program — a structured, paid apprenticeship designed to develop future Agents.
As a Protege Agent, you will work directly under an exemplary Agent receiving elite mentorship. This is a rare opportunity to gain firsthand experience inside a high-performing agency while building the skills necessary to launch your own.
You’ll learn sales, client management, operations, marketing, and business development — all while earning income and developing your long-term ownership plan.
Total Compensation Range: $50,000 – $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
%CF; Partner closely with your mentor Agent to develop the skills required to become a self-sufficient Agent
%CF; Prepare accurate insurance quotes using customer data and policy rates
%CF; Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
%CF; Prospect and follow up with clients via phone, text, and email
%CF; Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
%CF; Build long-term business relationships
Requirements
%CF; Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive and ambition
%CF; Coachable, resourceful, and eager to learn
%CF; Strong communication and leadership skills
%CF; Prior sales experience preferred
%CF; Must obtain required insurance licenses
%CF; Must pass background check
