Equipment operator

Keystone Terra is seeking an Equipment Operator to support safe, efficient operations at our site in Mountain View, CA.

Position Summary

The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a range of equipment to support daily production and operational needs. This role ensures work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with established site procedures.

You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow, perform routine checks, and help keep the worksite organized and ready for ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to training and site standards.

• Perform pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance to help ensure equipment is in proper working order.

• Load, move, and position materials as needed to support daily operational goals.

• Follow safety procedures, including safe work practices and proper use of protective equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report any issues, damage, or operational concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating equipment in an industrial or construction-related environment.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

• Strong situational awareness and commitment to working safely at all times.

• Ability to perform the physical tasks required for equipment operations, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.

• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Mountain View, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction or material-handling workflows and jobsite expectations.

• Experience completing routine maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting for equipment.

• Prior experience in an environment with documented safety procedures and quality requirements.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and respond to changing priorities.

Compensation

Annual salary: $70,000 - $80,000
