Construction Framing Estimator must be competent with estimating high end residential and multifamily buildings. Must have over 5 years of experience as an Estimator, skilled in general trades (carpentry). Only persons with this experience will be considered.
Requirements
• Manage bid schedules
• Process bid invites
• Review drawings, specifications and bid documents
• Prepare summary for review
• Material take off for estimate
• Prepare submittals
• Accurately identify all framing components, hardware, hangers hold downs etc.
• Prepare proposals and SOVs
• Significant math skills & intermediate Excel skills
• Advanced knowledge of Plan Swift
• Offsite visits to proposed sites and contractors
• Positive attitude, detail oriented and highly organized
